    Absolutely not. We have daily beginner classes and they will help you get into shape! Everyone was once a beginner!

  • Will Jiu Jitsu help me lose weight?

  • Am I too old to start?

    Nope. Our student base goes from 5 years old to our oldest student at 65 years old. 

  • Do I have to compete?

    No. Although many of our students choose to compete, it is not necessary to find enjoyment in training.
